• You must not be a JL369 employee, contractor, officer, or the close family member of any such person, where family member includes spouse, parent, sibling, or dependent child.
• You must not have a current or previously active JL369 account that was suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets. Each JL369 account is personal and non-transferable.

3. Account Registration

To use JL369 services, you must create a single personal account. Registration is free. You are permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, e-wallet accounts, or device identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

When registering at JL369, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You accept responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your JL369 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. JL369 will not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account that occurs because you shared or failed to adequately protect your login details.

• Use a strong, unique password for your JL369 account that you do not use for other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately via support@jl369.net.
• Never share your one-time PIN or authentication codes with anyone — JL369 support staff will never ask for these.

JL369 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

JL369 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. JL369 does not charge processing fees on deposits made via any of these methods.

All funds deposited to your JL369 wallet are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). JL369 does not accept deposits in foreign currency. If a payment is processed in a foreign currency by your card provider, any conversion fees or exchange losses are your responsibility.

Withdrawal processing: JL369 processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within five minutes for standard amounts during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and UnionBank via InstaPay are typically processed within one to two business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

• JL369 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds that have been deposited but not yet subject to the applicable wagering requirement may be subject to withdrawal review.
• JL369 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected irregular account activity.
• Deposits that are not used within 365 days of being credited may be subject to an inactivity review process.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

JL369 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, free bet credits, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published alongside the promotion on the JL369 platform.

The following general principles apply to all JL369 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time of opt-in.
• One bonus per member: Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and are limited to one claim per person, household, device, and payment account. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds that are not wagered within the expiry period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slots may contribute 100%. 6. Sports Betting Rules

Bet acceptance: JL369 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion before official acceptance is confirmed. A bet is accepted only when a confirmation message and bet reference number are displayed on screen. No claim of an accepted bet will be entertained without a valid reference number.

Obvious error odds: If an event is offered at odds that are clearly the result of a technical or human error — including pricing errors that deviate significantly from market consensus — JL369 reserves the right to void or re-price affected bets at the correct odds. Members will be notified of any void or re-price action.

Event cancellations and postponements: If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum official period of play required for settlement purposes, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to member accounts. The minimum official period for each sport is defined in the sport-specific rules.

• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection and feed availability. JL369 will not be held responsible for connection issues on the member's side that prevent a live bet from being placed.
• Parlay (combination) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay. A single void selection in a parlay results in the bet being recalculated without that selection, not the entire parlay being voided.
• Maximum payout per single bet settlement event is ₱5,000,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing with JL369 management.

7. Casino, Slots, and Poker Rules

All casino games, slot games, and poker rooms on JL369 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are generated by software that has been tested and certified by an approved third-party testing laboratory. JL369 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes.

Slot games: Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games on JL369 are disclosed in the game information section for each title. Theoretical RTP is calculated over a very large number of game rounds and does not guarantee any specific payout to any individual player in any session.

Progressive jackpots: Progressive jackpot prizes are accumulated from player wagers across the network of connected games. JL369 does not guarantee when a jackpot will be triggered. All progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before being credited to the winning member's account.

Poker rooms: JL369 poker is player-versus-player. JL369 facilitates the game and deducts a rake from cash table pots and a tournament fee from registered tournament entries. JL369 does not participate as a player in any poker game. Anti-collusion and anti-bot monitoring is active at all times across all poker tables.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on JL369 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance at JL369's discretion:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, play games, or interact with the JL369 platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker rooms or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Opening multiple accounts or using the identity of another person to create or access a JL369 account.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds sourced from illegal activity or using JL369 as a mechanism to process the proceeds of crime.
• Using the JL369 platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming and betting.
• Attempting to defraud JL369 through false claims regarding deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, or technical errors.
• Providing false or misleading information during account registration or identity verification.

JL369 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any activity on the platform that JL369 suspects may constitute criminal conduct will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities. Account balances implicated in investigations may be frozen pending the outcome of such investigations.

JL369's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits JL369's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

12. Changes to These Terms

JL369 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JL369 will notify active members via the email or mobile number registered to their account, and/or by posting a prominent notice on the JL369 website. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of JL369 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
